Maintenance Program

The Open House Maintenance Program is designed to meet the needs of a rental properties general maintenance and repair requirements.

For the period of the management contract, Open House will supply general repair & maintenance to the tenanted property free of charge (terms & conditions apply) as part of our management service, taking care of any incidental repairs on the property that could erode your return on investment.

All maintenance persons including tradespeople and Open House Maintenance employees are required to operate within our Code of Ethics.

In addition to the five point service guarantee there is also a 3 month cooling off period. If, for any reason, within the first 3 months of the management contract you are not completely satisfied please notify us and we will cancel the agreement.
